Meet Dr. Malaekeh

Dr. Afsaneh Malaekeh graduated from UCLA School of Dentistry in 1993. She then returned to her hometown of Sacramento and was an associate in a group private practice until relocating to Los Angeles in 2001. In 2003 she joined WLA Dental Center to practice along side one of her well-respected and dear friends Dr. Sameni. Though she is a busy mom of two young children, her love of practicing dentistry keeps her a dedicated professional. She has been actively learning advances in dentistry for the past fifteen years by attending hundreds of hours of continuing education seminars and lectures from the nation's top clinicians. In 2003 she was asked to join the UCLA School of Dentistry Alumni Board and this May she will take on the role of presidency for that board. Dr. Malaekeh states: " I am very fortunate for I truly enjoy what I do and look forward to seeing my patients every 'work' day".
